We're looking for a compassionate and organized leader to support and develop a team of direct care staff while ensuring high-quality, 24/7 services for youth and families. In this role, you will provide coaching, supervision, crisis support, and operational oversight, helping staff succeed and foster a positive, equity-centered team culture. As the Crisis Program Supervisor, you'll oversee scheduling, documentation, compliance, and program performance to ensure safety and effective youth-focused services.
