About The Position

Intercept Health is seeking a Residential Program Manager to oversee all staff and direct care issues and services. This role requires ensuring effective leadership-based management of the program with an emphasis on high-quality care delivered in a cost-effective manner. Intercept Health is a family-owned agency with a long history of evolving services to meet community needs, currently employing 650 colleagues across more than thirty services for youth and families throughout Virginia.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services with at least one year experience working with adults with substance use disorders
• Associate's Degree and at least two years' experience working with adults with substance use disorders
• High School Diploma or G.E.D and holds a CSAC-A from the Virginia Board of Counseling, or who qualifies for certification, with at least one year of experience working with adults with substance use disorders
• Certification as a Peer Recovery Specialist for the State of Virginia or working towards obtaining Certification and maintain the requirements of a Peer Recovery Specialist per those guidelines, with at least one year of experience working with adults with substance use disorders
