About The Position

Residence Pros join a national network of experienced inspection professionals completing residential, non-licensed property inspections. Assignments may include property condition reviews, photo documentation, visible-issue observations, basic functionality checks when included in scope, and field reporting through a portal or app. Each offer provides property details, required photos, a checklist, appointment day and time, pay, and scope expectations.
