About The Position

Residence Pros are independent contractors who complete residential, non-licensed property inspection assignments through a national network. They visit properties, capture required photos, answer condition questions, document visible issues, and submit reports through the company’s portal or app. Assignments may include interior and exterior condition inspections, move-in or move-out support, occupancy or property status checks, repair verification, quality-control follow-up visits, roof, exterior and yard observations, and basic functionality checks when included in the scope. Contractors choose whether to accept available assignments and control their schedules and work volume based on opportunities in their area. Each offer provides property details, required photos, a checklist, appointment date and time, pay, and scope expectations. The platform manages job details, documentation, photo uploads, report submission, and payment tracking. Payment is issued for completed and approved jobs.
