About The Position

WasteXperts by Ally Waste is seeking a Residential Porter to join their team. This role involves providing daily upkeep and janitorial duties at multifamily properties, focusing on both interior and exterior areas. The position requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and good time management skills.

Requirements

Available to work
Valid driver's license (non-CDL) and clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years or more than 2 minor violations, including a handheld device, in the last 3 years)
Must have your own personal vehicle.
Adequate auto insurance coverage.
Must have two or more consecutive years of driving in the USA.
Experience providing high attention to detail in the cleaning and maintenance of facilities
Frequently lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Work independently to complete daily assignments.
Work well with others in a team environment
Strong time management skills

Responsibilities

Visit various multifamily properties to provide daily upkeep and janitorial duties for the interior and exterior of buildings, walkways, stairways, common areas, tour routes, and parking lots/structures.
Collect trash from all interior and exterior receptacles and common areas as needed.
Pick up loose trash and debris.
Sweep, vacuum, and mop as needed.
Dust and wipe down areas as needed.
Wipe down interior walls and report if repairs/paint are needed.
Maintain exterior/interior entry and tour route as the first task daily, and check throughout the day for upkeep.
Clean restrooms, including wiping down all surfaces, mopping, cleaning toilets & urinals, disposing of/relining trash, and refilling soap/paper towel receptacles.
Maintain doggie bag stations by emptying/refilling waste receptacles.
Maintain doggie parks by removing waste and emptying/relining waste receptacles.
Remove and dispose of animal droppings found throughout the property.
Report any damage or leaks in the building to apartment staff, including photo documentation.
Communicate with the Operations team for any additional WX services needed onsite.
Take before and after photos as necessary for quality control.
