About The Position
Eanes Home Services is seeking a skilled and customer-focused plumber to join our growing team. In this role, you'll diagnose plumbing issues, recommend solutions, perform repairs and installations, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor and develop Apprentice Plumbers as you advance your career. Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of residential plumbing experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
- Ability to explain technical solutions in a clear and customer-friendly manner
- Commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot residential plumbing issues
- Present repair and installation options to homeowners
- Perform high-quality plumbing repairs, replacements, and installations
- Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication throughout the service process
- Maintain a professional appearance and work environment
- Mentor and support Apprentice Plumbers
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to code standards
