Requirements
- Required 5+ years of plumbing experience (new construction)
- Residential plumbing experience required
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and installation techniques
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Commitment to quality workmanship and safety standards
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems and fixtures
- Perform service calls, maintenance, and plumbing upgrades
- Install water heaters, faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, and other plumbing equipment
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions
- Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and company quality standards
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and explain recommended solutions
- Maintain accurate job documentation and service records
- Keep company vehicles, tools, and work areas clean and organized
- Deliver outstanding customer service on every visit
