Requirements
- 0–2+ years of plumbing, construction, or trade experience (training provided)
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working in tight spaces, outdoors, and in varying weather
- Able to lift 50–100 lbs regularly
- Eager to grow into a skilled plumbing technician career
- Valid driver’s license required
- Safe driving record (DMV report required)
Responsibilities
- Assist plumbers with service calls, installations, and repairs
- Support pipe fitting, fixture installation, and basic plumbing tasks
- Load/unload tools, materials, and equipment
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Help diagnose plumbing issues under technician supervision
- Perform basic maintenance and preventative tasks
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service on every visit
