Requirements

2+ years of residential plumbing service experience
OSHA-10 certification
Clean driving record for the last two years + valid license
Able to pass background and drug screen
You know your KPIs — average ticket, conversion rate, close rate — and you take them seriously
Professional attitude and pride in your trade
