About The Position

We're Sola Plumbing, and we're looking for a full-time Residential Plumber who is motivated to do a great job and make a positive impact on customers. When you join our Garner, NC team, you'll make $25.00 - $35.00/hour (based on experience) plus commission. Requirements

2+ years of residential plumbing experience
Valid driver's license
Ability to serve all of Wake County
Commitment to doing things the right way and performing high-quality work
Drive to keep learning and growing so you can do your best
"Can-do" attitude, a team spirit, and a commitment to providing 5-star customer service
Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test

Nice To Haves

Experience in a customer-facing role would be beneficial!
A solid foundation of plumbing knowledge would also be a plus.

Responsibilities

Running residential service calls to diagnose and fix issues with our customers' systems
Professionally engaging with customers, clearly explaining service options, and making the appropriate repair/replacement recommendations
