About The Position

UCP Heartland is seeking compassionate and committed Residential DSP's (Direct Care Professional) for a part-time position. UCP Heartland offers a positive, team-driven work environment. As a DIRECT CARE PROVIDER, your work will make a difference in people's lives 365 days a year! This position requires reliable transportation, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and 5-7 days of mandatory training at our corporate office (Monday through Friday, 8:45 AM - 4:30 PM). All UCP Heartland schedules/shifts are awake shifts.

Requirements

High School diploma or its equivalent (GED).
Valid Driver's license
Clean Driving Record and successfully completes and maintains assigned drivers training
A MINIMUM OF ONE WEEKEND SHIFT PER WEEKEND
Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or in a customer service field
Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
Ability to consistently work in a professional, cooperative manner with all Agency clients and personnel.
Good written and oral communication skills
Computer Proficiency
Reliable transportation
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
5-7 days of mandatory training at our corporate office Monday through Friday 8:45 AM - 4:30PM

Responsibilities

Provide physical assistance with daily tasks, assist with personal hygiene and facilitate fun activities.
