Experienced Residential Painter
About The Position
DeLeers Construction is expanding its Painting Crews and seeking an experienced residential painter. This role involves working on both new construction builds and in the maintenance division. Responsibilities include full room painting, with opportunities to learn color matching, faux finishes, and decorative painting techniques. The painter will interact with customers on-site and must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. DeLeers Construction, with over 80 years in business, specializes in design-build residential and light commercial structures, offering diverse project experiences. The work is located in and around Green Bay and the Fox Valley, with occasional travel to Door County.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of residential painting experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in color matching.
- Experience in faux finishes.
- Experience in decorative painting.
Responsibilities
- Perform full room painting in new construction and maintenance projects.
