About The Position
EWI Worldwide is actively seeking an experienced AUTOBODY PAINTERS for our Winston Salem exhibit house that fabricates high-quality custom auto shows, trade shows and museum properties.
Requirements
- Ability to finish work with extreme attention to detail.
- Ability to work overtime.
- Working knowledge of spray equipment, as well as spray and prep booths.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in finish painting various substrates as steel, aluminum, wood, plastics, laminate, fiberglass, automotive bodies & components is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Applying automotive and commercial grade paint with HPLV paint guns
- Mixing paint and matching color codes
- Applying bondo
- Ability to mix epoxies
- Ability to sand and prep for painting
- Ability to mud
- Mix, match & apply various paints such as, urethanes, base coats, clear coats, conversion varnishes &/or stains
