About The Position

ViaQuest Residential Services provides quality support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. The Residential Operations Manager oversees the overall system of supports and services provided to individuals served, manages personnel and coordinates service delivery, ensures individuals’ service teams operate and communicate effectively, and provides financial oversight of the program. The position is full-time and includes on-call responsibilities.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in social services or a related field.
• Previous supervisory or management experience.
• At least four years of human services experience.
• Driver’s license that meets company insurance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall system of supports and services provided to individuals served.
• Manage personnel and coordinate service delivery.
• Ensure individuals’ service teams are operating and communicating effectively.
• Provide financial oversight of the program.
