Seeking dedicated RN to oversee quality improvement in our Residential program, supporting individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities. The nurse strengthens regulatory compliance, supports continuity of care, and assists with coverage needs across the agency. This role requires strong OPWDD experience, sound clinical judgment, and the ability to step into varied environments without losing accuracy or accountability. The General Purpose of the Job is responsible for monitoring and assisting in the overall health and safety of the individuals served.
