About The Position
This role is responsible for the supervision of medication and child health coordination for youth aged 12-22 in a residential setting. Key duties include overseeing medication plans, supervising staff who administer medication, managing primary care and specialist physician services, and overseeing state-mandated screenings. The position also involves critical decision-making for health emergencies, communication and coordination with guardians and school nurses regarding health needs, and contributing to the health education of students and staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Massachusetts RN Licensure
- Minimum of two years of experience
- Strong Microsoft Office computer skills
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills

- Experience in a residential setting preferred
Responsibilities
