About The Position

Clarity Care is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Residential Registered Nurses in Oshkosh. We are a nonprofit organization committed to supporting individuals with varying abilities to lead independent and fulfilling lives within their communities. Our mission is to provide compassionate, high-quality care with respect, integrity, and a deep commitment to the people we serve. As a Caregiver, you will assist with the day-to-day operations of our group homes, focusing on consumer rights, personal care, daily living activities, and regulatory compliance. We offer competitive starting pay up to $18/hr based on experience, with no prior experience or certifications required. We are hiring immediately!

Requirements

Must possess a high school diploma/equivalent and/or related work/life experience.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must possess a valid WI driver’s license and meet agency driving standards.
Must provide proof of auto insurance.
Must pass a periodic WI Caregiver Background Check, including Department of Justice Criminal Record Checks and/or checks of previous states of residence.

Responsibilities

Provides direct care support to members with disabilities by assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene, as outlined by the individual service plan.
Comfortably uses mobility devices and practices safe transfer and ambulation techniques.
Teaches and guides members in achieving their hopes, dreams, goals, and objectives through self-direction, decision-making, and goal-setting.
Completes all applicable documentation related to assigned tasks.
Maintains a safe, sanitary, and welcoming group home environment by performing housekeeping duties such as vacuuming, emptying trash, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, making beds, and changing linens.
Performs laundry duties.
Prepares and serves meals according to general nutritional guidelines, menus, individual dietary restrictions, needs, and preferences to ensure consumer health.
Assists, escorts, and provides physical and other types of assistance needed by members during social and recreational activities.
