Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a lead residential installation electrician.
• Experience leading crews on custom home projects.
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Ability to read blueprints and layout electrical systems.
• Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential electrical installations from rough-in through trim-out.
• Read and interpret blueprints and electrical plans.
• Coordinate with builders, project managers, and other trades.
• Supervise and mentor apprentice electricians.
• Ensure all work meets NEC and local code requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Troubleshoot and solve installation challenges in the field.
