Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a lead residential electrical technician.
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven experience in leading or mentoring a team.
- Ability to interact with homeowners professionally and courteously.
- Valid and clean driver’s license required.

Responsibilities
- Estimate, present, and install residential electrical service projects, ensuring high-quality work and customer satisfaction.
