About The Position
Border Sheet Metal & Heating is seeking a dedicated full-time HVAC Residential NC Apprentice Installer to join their team in Hayden, ID. The company is a trusted provider of HVAC services, priding itself on delivering top-notch service and innovative solutions to ensure customer comfort and satisfaction. This role involves assisting in the installation of various HVAC components, including Furnaces, AC’s, Heat Pumps, Duct Work, Mini Splits, and Gas Lines.
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Must have a valid Driver’s License to operate company vehicles
- Clean Professional Appearance
- Must be willing to work in harsh conditions such as Hot/Cold temperatures, Tight spaces, attics and crawlspaces
Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation of all things HVAC: Furnaces, AC’s, Heat Pumps, Duct Work, Mini Splits, Gas Lines and more
- Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
- Identifying maintenance risks on equipment
- Install HVAC systems including ductwork, piping, and wiring
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Always follow safety protocols and guidelines
