S&S Mechanical is hiring a full-time Residential HVAC Add-On Installer to install residential heating and cooling systems throughout St. George and surrounding areas. As a Residential HVAC Add-On Installer, you will install residential HVAC equipment, duct systems, and heating and cooling components according to company standards, manufacturer specifications, and safety requirements. This role is ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude and HVAC experience who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and delivering high-quality HVAC installation services.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • EPA Type II Certification preferred
  • Experience with residential HVAC installation or ductwork installation
  • Experience working with flex duct and sheet metal systems

Responsibilities

  • Install residential HVAC systems, heating equipment, and air conditioning units
  • Complete HVAC add-on installations according to manufacturer and company specifications
  • Install flex duct and sheet metal ductwork systems
  • Assist with HVAC equipment setup, replacement, and installation projects
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members
  • Follow HVAC safety standards and installation best practices
  • Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled
  • Deliver high-quality workmanship and customer service on every job
