What Drives Success As a Residential National Account Advocate, you will support and grow an assigned territory by building strong relationships with existing customers and ensuring their ongoing success. This role is ideal for someone stepping into outside sales, as you will manage day-to-day account needs, work closely with dealer partners, and help drive customer satisfaction and retention. You’ll operate in a remote environment, spending time in the field meeting with customers and strengthening partnerships across your territory.

Requirements

  • Requires an Associates Degree and at least 2 years related experience.
  • Requires ability to read technical material.
  • Must exhibit solid verbal,and written communication skills (Bi-lingual a plus.)
  • Must be computer,literate and ability to acclimate to PC based order entry system and,wireless, hand held scanners.
  • Must exhibit basic math skills and ability,to organize and manage time appropriately.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers, including contractors and dealer partners
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day customer needs, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness
  • Support corporate-managed national accounts operating within your territory
  • Consult with customers to recommend the right products based on needs, specifications, and applicable regulations
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements as needed
  • Ensure strong post-sale satisfaction to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Spend time in the field meeting with customers, building relationships, and supporting their business goals
  • Collaborate internally with sales, operations, and support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • May provide guidance or informal support to less experienced team members over time
