About The Position

Cambria is seeking a motivated sales and relationship-driven individual in Columbus to grow our business. This role is responsible for developing, cultivating, and growing sales of Cambria products throughout the assigned territory. The representative will provide a superior standard of service to Residential B2B prospects and customers, marketing the Cambria brand and influencing their purchasing decisions. Successful candidates must reside in Columbus, be able to work from home, and call on customers within their assigned territory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in business to business sales, marketing or interior design
  • Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google (Docs, Sheets, Slides) suites of software
  • Experience with Concur and Salesforce preferred
  • Must reside in Columbus
  • Must be able to work out of their home
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to deliver samples and trade show materials.
  • Must be able to work extended hours, evenings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Build and cultivate solid working relationships with fabricators, installers, kitchen and bath dealers, interior designers, builders, remodelers, architects, and key business influencers.
  • Actively participate in industry associations (e.g., National Kitchen and Bath Association, International Interior Design Association) and network to drive sales.
  • Proactively plan and schedule sales calls with business partners.
  • Develop quarterly and annual territory sales plans to direct efforts and calibrate progress, ensuring market development to maximize sales.
  • Accurately collect and update customer information using Salesforce.
  • Maintain a high level of business, financial, and industry expertise to effectively advise partners.
  • Provide samples for specific projects and update product libraries with Cambria designs, marketing materials, and contact information.
  • Present product knowledge materials and effectively educate business partners on product attributes and differentiators.
  • Help business partners understand the value, quality, and history of the Cambria brand.
  • Understand and present all sales and marketing programs and materials to customers.
  • Be an expert in industry standards and regulatory codes, staying aware of marketplace changes.
  • Actively use social media channels to promote the Cambria brand and product.
  • Build quarterly sales plans to direct market efforts and communicate strategies to leadership.
  • Be available to meet with customers daily, including over meals or at events, sometimes outside normal business hours.
  • Travel within an established territory to build and continue relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Maintain and submit expense invoices for reimbursement in a timely manner.
