About The Position

Wildwood Programs is seeking a caring and compassionate Residential Manager to join our team in the Capital Region (positions open in Niskayuna and Albany). This role involves making a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities by providing educational, residential, employment, and community-based supports. The ideal candidate will have experience working with people with disabilities in a residential setting, exhibit positive and encouraging interaction, and demonstrate commitment and leadership. Responsibilities include stepping in to cover vacancies due to leaves, vacations, or open positions, acting as a patient and supportive leader with a positive attitude.

Requirements

At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a Group Residential setting working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
A valid NYS driver's license.
Ability to drive and maintain a driving record acceptable for agency insurance coverage.
Medication Administration, First-Aid, and CPR certification or eligibility for certification.
SCIP-R certification based on program need.

Nice To Haves

1 year of management experience in a Group Residential setting working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
