Requirements

Bachelor's degree in human services required.
Minimum of two (2) year supervisory experience.
Willingness and capability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as scheduled and on-call responsibilities.
Knowledge of and sensitivity to cultural, ethnic, racial and socioeconomic issues.
Capabilities to implement appropriate child management techniques, which may include use of passive physical restraint.
Excellent communication skills.
Requires current drivers license, reliable transportation with a minimum of 3 seats in addition to the drivers seat and proof of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall management of the residential facility.
Supervise program staff, program budget, staff scheduling, program purchases, strategic planning, and assure the safety, nurturance, and care of the residents.
Ensure compliance of all required trainings for all program staff in accordance with agency/state regulations.
Monitor residential program with maintaining Trauma Systems Therapy (TST) in the milieu setting.
