About The Position

A competent graduate-level behavioral professional who delivers care to clients with serious mental illness (SMI). The Residential Manager provides direct services and comprehensive case management, oversees site scheduling and client monitoring, and serves as a team leader providing clinical supervision to Counselors and Senior Counselors. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Requirements

Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health-related discipline.
Previous supervisory experience.
Valid driver's license in the state of residence.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Must be able to complete a physical, drug screen, and background check.

Responsibilities

Meet the direct service (face-to-face contact) expectation as determined by annual goals.
Use assessment and treatment skills.
Provide comprehensive case management.
Collaborate with collateral care providers and advocate for clients.
Deliver psychoeducational groups and individual supportive counseling, with family intervention as indicated.
Provide crisis assessment and intervention.
Provide discharge planning.
Provide medication monitoring education and supervision.
Oversee site scheduling as necessary and monitor clients.
Act as a team leader and provide clinical supervision to Counselors and Senior Counselors.
Perform other duties deemed appropriate by the supervisor.
