Residential Manager (Tacoma)
About The Position
We are looking for a leader to oversee a team of Direct Support Professionals in the Pierce County area. The goal of you and your team: providing habilitative support that enables adults with developmental disabilities to live full and meaningful lives in their own homes. The Residential Manager is responsible for the oversight and supervision of their assigned program. They are responsible for ensuring programs achieve the outcomes set by the Residential Administrator. The Manager is responsible for supervising Direct Support Professionals to consistently provide the highest quality care to clients.
Requirements
- 2 years’ experience working with individuals with disabilities.
- HS diploma
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Demonstrated supervisory experience
- Currently have or within 30 days of being hired CPR/First Aid license
- Current driver license, car, and car insurance.
Nice To Haves
- BA in Social Services or similar field.
- NAR/75hr certification, or CNA
Responsibilities
- Oversight and supervision of their assigned program.
- Ensuring programs achieve the outcomes set by the Residential Administrator.
- Supervising Direct Support Professionals to consistently provide the highest quality care to clients.
