About The Position

A competent graduate level (behavioral) professional who delivers care to SMI clients. This role involves direct service, case management, collaboration with care providers, advocacy, group facilitation, individual counseling, crisis intervention, discharge planning, and medication monitoring.

Requirements

• Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health related discipline.
• Previous Supervisory experience required.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to complete a physical, drug screen, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Meet direct service (face to face contact) expectations.
• Utilize assessment and treatment skills.
• Provide comprehensive case management.
• Collaborate with collateral care providers.
• Advocate for clients.
• Deliver psychoeducational groups.
• Provide individual supportive counseling and family intervention.
• Provide crisis assessment and intervention.
• Provide discharge planning.
• Perform medication monitoring, education, and supervision.
• Oversee site scheduling as necessary.
• Monitor clients.
• Act as a team leader.
• Provide clinical supervision to Counselors and Senior Counselors.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
