About The Position

Are you a natural leader with a passion for human services? We are seeking a Residential Program Manager III to provide daily oversight and leadership for our residential program. This role is a dynamic blend of administrative management, staff development, and direct programmatic support. You will play a critical part in ensuring a high standard of care and operational excellence for both our participants and our dedicated team members.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4+ years in residential care, social services, or a similar supervisory role.
  • Specialized Knowledge: Prior experience working directly with transitional care is required.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, or a related field is preferred (equivalent experience considered).
  • Tech Savvy: Ability to utilize Electronic Health Records (EHR) and HRIS systems.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Credentials: Must hold a valid Driver’s License with active auto insurance and pass all required federal/state background checks.
  • Qualities: You must be compassionate, professional, and a proven problem-solver focused on team building.

Responsibilities

  • Lead & Develop: Provide ongoing guidance, role modeling, and crisis intervention. You will conduct weekly or bi-weekly supervision with staff to support their professional growth.
  • Program Oversight: Plan and implement daily activity schedules and client treatment plans while facilitating team meetings and clinical reviews.
  • Operations Management: Manage staffing levels, oversee facility/vehicle maintenance, and ensure food service operations meet all nutritional and safety standards.
  • Hiring & Training: Screen, interview, and onboard new team members. You’ll also deliver required training sessions to keep the team compliant and skilled.
  • Compliance & Finance: Ensure the accuracy of all programmatic reports and maintain the fiscal integrity of participant and program funds.
  • On-Call Support: Provide 24-hour on-call coverage on a rotating basis as assigned.
