About The Position
Konar Properties is a family-owned real-estate development company that develops, owns, and manages commercial properties and multi-family communities in Rochester and Western NY. We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician in Residential Property Management for Elmwood Manor Apartments & Townhomes in Brighton, NY. This is a full-time position offering a sign-on bonus and excellent benefits.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum 3 years' experience in apartment maintenance or similar trade
- Experience in apartment turnovers required
- High School Diploma or greater required
