About The Position
We are looking for a High-Skilled Residential Maintenance Technician with experience in 3 or more trades. Our technicians travel to an average of 2-3 properties a day, utilizing their own vehicle for work, with mileage reimbursed at 72 cents per mile. We work directly with HOA communities, performing maintenance and repairs on their common areas, primarily in exterior spaces. A good candidate will have their own vehicle for work, an active driver's license, and auto insurance.
Requirements
- High-skilled experience in 3 or more trades.
- Own vehicle for work.
- Active driver's license.
- Auto insurance.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in framing, drywall, painting, stucco, masonry, concrete work, deck work, roofing, flooring, waterproofing, among others.
Responsibilities
