With over 50 years of combined experience working on all types of air conditioners, we can fix any make or model and service both single-unit and split heating and cooling systems. Our customers can rest assured that we'll find the problem with their unit and provide a solution. Each service technician has at least 4 years of experience, with most having 8 years or more. We only use the best products and tools to work on equipment, which means we identify issues faster and more accurately, saving our customers money. By taking pictures and going into detail on all invoices, our customers know what they are being charged and why. We pride ourselves on complete transparency in billing and pricing. Requirements

  • Experience with residential HVAC systems, including components, troubleshooting, and repairs
  • Proficiency with hand tools and diagnostic equipment
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems and HVAC wiring diagrams
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in confined spaces
  • Ability to climb ladders
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment
  • EPA Certification required for handling refrigerants

  • Must successfully pass a background check and/or a pre-employment drug testing to be eligible for hire.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance by inspecting systems and cleaning condenser coils, evaporator coils, and air filters, while ensuring equipment is functioning properly.
  • Troubleshoot common issues such as poor airflow and thermostat malfunctions.
  • Perform minor repairs.
  • Educate homeowners about their system's performance and opportunities for energy efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by clearly explaining findings and recommendations.
  • Document system conditions, repairs, and service histories in detailed reports.
