About The Position

We are seeking a licensed Residential Journeyman Plumber to handle premium installations, repairs, and maintenance in high-end properties. Requirements
- Active Washington State PL-02 Residential Plumber license required; PL-01 Journeyman license preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on residential plumbing experience in service, repair, and installation work.
- Live within approximately 1 hour commute of the service areas (Redmond, Sammamish, Kirkland, Woodinville).
- Deep understanding of plumbing codes, systems, materials, and professional tools.
- Outstanding customer service skills, detail-oriented approach, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Nice To Haves
- PL-01 Journeyman license
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in upscale residences following blueprints, specifications, and current Washington state codes.
- Diagnose plumbing problems quickly, propose effective solutions, and explain options clearly to homeowners.
- Perform thorough safety inspections, maintain high-quality standards, and coordinate with other trades or team members for smooth project delivery.
- Manage daily service tickets efficiently while delivering exceptional results and positive customer experiences.
