The Residential Liaison is responsible for ensuring a wonderful owner experience while providing excellent customer service. The right candidate should possess strong concierge and project management skills, ability to multitask, creativity, problem solving skills and be able to work independently. Must have experience in providing information and assistance to owners regarding Maui attractions or points of interest, booking reservations for owners both within the resort and at outside facilities, properly logging all owner requests and performing follow up with owners, creating individual and personalized itineraries and maintaining good communication with other departments regarding owner requests or special needs as necessary. The Residential Liaison will also work very closely with outside vendors, contractors and engineering during owner renovations or maintenance work and should have the ability to build trust and develop strong relationships with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Attention to detail and organization is crucial to succeed in this role.
