We are located in Traverse City, Michigan, and service an area within 1 hour of Traverse City. Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- 3 or more years of residential HVAC service experience
- Demonstrate willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes.
- Work from 12' step ladder.
- Comfortable with troubleshooting and repair of forced air furnaces
- Understand and communicate benefits of preventative maintenance.
- Able to demonstrate advanced customer service skills and have ability to communicate clearly, ideas and explanations of problems to residential and commercial customers and coworkers
- Comfortable utilizing technology to process customer data onsite
- Desire to offer exceptional customer care
- Desire to educate customers about the value and options the company can offer them.
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License or willingness to pursue this within 3 months
- NATE certification or willingness to pursue this within 1 year
- Are you willing to be in an emergency on-call rotation?
- Do you currently live or are you willing to relocate to the Traverse City area?
- Residential HVAC: 3 years (Required)

- Service technician: 3 years (Required)
- clean driving record: 3 years (Required)
- EPA Certification (Required)
Nice To Haves
- Experience with residential boilers is a plus
- NATE Certification (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards while providing the customer with a high quality experience.
- Assist with training Apprentice Service Technicians.
- Provide feedback to Service Manager regarding technical training as needed.
