We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Residential Lead Electrical Installer to join our growing team. Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of residential electrical installation experience
- Proven ability to lead installations with precision, safety, and quality
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and best practices
- Capable of working indoors and outdoors, in all weather conditions
- Comfortable working on ladders and lifting heavy loads (50 lbs+)
- Proficient with equipment such as scissor lifts and boom lifts
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented professional
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug test
Responsibilities
- Install a variety of lighting fixtures including cans, chandeliers, and floodlights
- Implement dedicated circuits and execute panel replacements
- Work on home standby generators and perform breaker change-outs
- Upgrade risers and services, and relocate electrical panels
- Maintain quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
- Serve as a lead installer, guiding and mentoring apprentices and junior electricians
- Maintain organized workspaces, tools, and vehicles for job readiness
- Partner with team members to ensure project timelines and client expectations are met
- Communicate clearly with project managers and clients regarding job progress and needs
- Deliver outstanding service with a professional and respectful attitude
- Ensure installations meet company quality standards and customer satisfaction goals
- Proactively identify and resolve installation challenges to prevent delays
