Residential Lead Direct Support Professional- Lincoln
About The Position

Hands of Heartland is looking for compassionate and caring individuals to join our team and provide support to the individuals we support as a Residential Lead Direct Support Professional (DSP)/ Caregiver in Lincoln, NE. You will support DSPs along with working side by side with them as they assist individuals with day to day living activities and developing skills in all settings.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Must be able to pass all background checks.
Nice To Haves
- CNA license
Responsibilities
- Work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities in their home, in the community, and other various settings to ensure they have a meaningful life.
- Support DSPs along with working side by side with them as they assist individuals with day to day living activities and developing skills in all settings.
