Requirements

3+ years of experience in residential landscaping, horticulture, or a related field
Proven project management experience overseeing multiple jobs simultaneously
Strong knowledge of desert-adapted plants, irrigation systems, and hardscape installation
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to read and interpret landscape design plans and blueprints
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate trucks and trailers preferred

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Oversee residential landscape projects from initial planning through final installation and client walkthrough
Coordinate and manage crews, subcontractors, and equipment scheduling to ensure on-time project delivery
Communicate directly with homeowners to manage expectations, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction
Review project scopes, budgets, and timelines to maintain profitability and efficiency
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor quality control and adherence to design plans
Source and manage materials, plants, and supplies in coordination with vendors and suppliers
Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety standards, and company best practices
