About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma or its equivalent
• A valid driver's license
• Compassion and ability to see the potential in everyone
• Positivity and a team-player attitude

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living such as administering medication, cooking meals, performing personal hygiene, and transportation to medical appointments.
• Ensure individuals are safe, happy, and healthy.
• Assist in the implementation of individual behavioral plans.
• Use effective teaching and mentoring techniques to teach new skills and help individuals achieve goals.
• Encourage individual interests and drive them to community outings and recreational activities.
• Help individuals find greater access to the community.
• Report any concerns about health and safety.
• Keep documentation accurate and up-to-date.
