About The Position

We're offering a $1,500 Sign-On Bonus! We're looking for 3rd Shift Residential Instructors to join our team! Come find your purpose and make a difference in the lives of others. As a Residential Instructor, you’ll work with youth with neurological and or psychological disabilities. Our clients range from clients who have experienced trauma and abuse, to clients who have non-verbal and behavioral disorders. You will work with clients conducting groups and recreational activities and helping them with their behavior plans.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma.
  • An Associates or Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 credits in Human Services OR Two years of experience working with children OR A combination of Human Service college credits and experience working with children totaling 2 years OR Be a Parent of a child 7 years of age or older.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Work with youth with neurological and or psychological disabilities.
  • Work with clients who have experienced trauma and abuse.
  • Work with clients who have non-verbal and behavioral disorders.
  • Conduct groups and recreational activities with clients.
  • Assist clients with their behavior plans.
