About The Position

We are currently hiring for this position on behalf of our sister company, Hayes Electrical. At Hayes Electrical, we believe a great job starts with respecting the electrician. As a Residential Install Technician, you get to focus on what you do best: executing high-quality installs and taking great care of customers. You get a dedicated apprentice to handle the heavy lifting, materials, and cleanup--and zero selling or quoting requirements on your end.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on residential electrical experience.
• Solid expertise in delivering high-quality, code-compliant residential work.
• Valid driver's license with a dependable driving record.
• Strong, friendly communication skills for direct homeowner interaction.
• Comfortable following our standard end-of-job routine (walkthroughs, neighbor intros, and review asks).

Responsibilities

• Lead installs with ease: Work alongside an apprentice who manages tools, materials, and job site cleanup so you can focus on quality work.
• Get paid to plan: Enjoy built-in, paid planning time every week to organize your own materials and prep your jobs without rushing.
• Work with clarity: Execute code-compliant residential jobs backed by thorough pre-planning and clear scopes.
• Build customer trust: Communicate directly with homeowners, keeping them in the loop while you bring their projects to life.
• Take pride in complete wins: Wrap up jobs cleanly with straightforward homeowner walkthroughs, photo updates, and review requests.
