Experienced Residential HVAC Technician
About The Position
Tru72° is expanding and seeking an experienced residential HVAC Service Technician. This is not an entry-level role. The technician serves as the company’s face in the field, diagnosing problems, presenting solutions, and providing professional service that builds trust with homeowners. The role emphasizes accurate testing and diagnostics, quality repairs, clean work, proper documentation, and customer communication. It is a performance-based position with opportunities to increase income and develop skills, and a stated career path from Service Technician to Senior Technician, Field Supervisor, and Operations Leadership.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of residential HVAC service experience.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Required EPA certification.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
- Pride in clean work and proper documentation.
- Reliability, punctuality, preparedness, and accountability.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems.
- Perform maintenance and system evaluations.

- Turn over qualified leads to Comfort Advisors.
