About The Position

This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and optimizing residential HVAC systems, including high-efficiency and emerging technologies. Requirements
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with heat pumps, air handlers, duct systems, and controls
- Confidence working independently and representing the company in the field
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and optimize residential HVAC systems, including high-efficiency and emerging technologies.
- Educate homeowners on system performance, IAQ improvements, and energy-efficient upgrades.
- Ensure work is done correctly the first time, adhering to codes, safety standards, documentation, and processes.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, building trust through honesty.
