Requirements
- 2+ years of HVAC service and/or install experience (residential or light commercial)
- EPA Certification
- Strong troubleshooting mindset
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable using tablets or mobile tools for service documentation
Nice To Haves
- NATE Certification
- Experience with heat pumps, furnaces, and ductless systems
- Familiarity with indoor air quality (IAQ) products and solutions
- Comfort with recommending system improvements or upgrades in a service setting
Responsibilities
- Service and/or install HVAC systems in residential settings.
