About The Position
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This role requires a strong balance of technical expertise and customer service skills , as you’ll be diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential HVAC systems while providing a top-tier experience for homeowners.
Requirements
- 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience (preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- EPA Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical customers
- Clean and Clear Background Screening

- Sales experience in a service environment
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems (heating, cooling, and ventilation)
- Communicate clearly with customers about issues, solutions, and pricing
- Provide recommendations for system improvements, repairs, or replacements
- Deliver outstanding customer service on every call
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company procedures
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed
