Requirements

• 2+ years Residential HVAC service/maintenance experience – including creating estimates for repairs and upgrades
• Demonstrated understanding of HVAC codes and how to apply them in real-world scenarios
• Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs., work in tight spaces, and handle gas lines/chemicals safely
• Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
• Demonstrated ability with math and measurements
• Must live within 30 miles of Tacoma for efficient dispatching

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home HVAC service calls with precision and professionalism
• Build strong customer relationships by educating and offering the right solutions
• Diagnose heating/cooling issues and recommend the best repair or replacement options
• Maintain a clean, organized work truck and job site
• Fully utilize ServiceTitan (our dispatch and job management system) to log findings, update work details, and document jobs with photos
• Communicate with dispatch to ensure smooth scheduling and job execution
• Deliver 5-star service—every customer, every time
