Requirements
- Gas License (Required)
- EPA Certification (Required)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience servicing residential HVAC equipment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and professional
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
- Perform maintenance and identify potential system concerns
- Clearly communicate findings, recommendations, and solutions to homeowners
- Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Accurately document work performed and recommendations
- Represent the company professionally and provide outstanding customer service
