About The Position

All-Temp Systems Mechanical is seeking a HVAC Service Technician for their Milford, MA, location. In this role, you will service all equipment according to an established service schedule and troubleshoot and rectify any potential problems for all our loyal clients. The ideal candidate will already have residential or commercial HVAC work experience and be able to perform repair/maintenance work in a thoroughly and accurately.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
3+ years of experience working in residential or commercial HVAC
EPA – Universal Certification
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Technical knowledge
Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills
Ability to work individually and as part of a team

Responsibilities

Service all residential equipment according to an established service schedule and company standards and within acceptable time frames as well as troubleshoot and rectify potential problems on location.
Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns.
Document legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submit daily.
Build and maintain customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image.
Follow all safety procedures, including following all safe driving habits and not utilizing mobile devices in vehicles.
