About The Position
We are a growing, customer-focused HVAC company committed to providing high-quality heating and cooling solutions. We take pride in our professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service, and we're looking for a motivated Residential HVAC Salesperson to join our team. As a Residential HVAC Salesperson, you'll meet with homeowners, assess their comfort needs, recommend HVAC solutions, and close sales. This role combines sales expertise, relationship-building, and HVAC knowledge.
Requirements
- Previous HVAC sales experience (Required)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (Required)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Ability to earn homeowners' trust and confidence
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations and assess HVAC needs
- Recommend and design heating and cooling system solutions
- Present proposals, pricing, and financing options
- Close sales and meet monthly revenue goals
- Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Maintain current knowledge of HVAC products and industry trends
- Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process
