Requirements

HVAC installation experience preferred (new construction experience a plus).
Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation practices.
Ability to read blueprints and construction plans.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials.
Comfortable working in various weather conditions and construction environments.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality.

Responsibilities

Install HVAC systems in newly constructed residential homes.
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
Install ductwork, vents, air handlers, condensers, and related HVAC components.
Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and local building codes.
Work collaboratively with builders, supervisors, and fellow technicians.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise.
Complete required documentation and job-related reports.
